Acceptable, but with Some Issues

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The elevators were slow. I often waited a long time, especially during peak hours with many cruisers checking in and out (it was almost comical). The room also had a strange odor, and I couldn't quite place it. It was a bit musty and lingered throughout my stay.

wonderful downtown stay!

Magaly at the front desk offered really good service. she remembered my name throughout my stay and anticipated my needs. That was a nice touch. i found the room clean and well kept. The minibar was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, that was appreciated. also, the location was convenient to nearby attractions.
The elevators experienced some delays during peak hours. It was a bit of a wait.

The front desk staff was genuinely helpful. They provided prompt assistance with directions. i saw that housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. bell service was available and very efficient.

the fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, and that was important. i noted the pool area included ample seating. there was a well-equipped business center, that allowed for efficient remote work.

The hotel provides easy access to nearby restaurants. I saw that several dining options were within walking distance. the proximity to local attractions enhanced convenience. transportation options nearby included taxis and public transit. That was convenient.

the location was convenient! i could easily access many attractions. the food in the on-site restaurant was good. it also seemed reasonably priced.
the toilet in my room did not work upon arrival. it took a while to get moved to another room, it was frustrating. the supervisor was rude during the process

Excellent Stay with Great Service

Gisela provided wonderful service during dinner. She was attentive as I practiced my Spanish (I really tried!). I could easily walk to a Publix to get snacks. The hotel rooms were clean, and that is important to me.
The pool area needed more chairs. I had to wait for one to become available.

The hotel is in downtown. Bayside is just a short walk away (about 20 minutes). This makes it easy to explore local attractions without relying on taxis or extensive travel.
